Summer Church Camp
“TXT Messages from God”
is the theme for West Ohio Summer Church Camps!
Camp Otterbein, Camp Wesley and Camp Widewater will use this theme this summer to help kids of all ages listen for and respond to God’s calling, all while having fun adventures, engaging in worship, and making new friends.
Camps fill up on a first-come basis, so get your applications in soon for your first choice!
Camp brochures and scholarship forms are available in all parish churches. All children/youth of members/active constituents in the parish are eligible for the parish scholarship after paying a $25 deposit. Turn in your deposit and forms to your camp coordinator or to the parish office.

Camp Widewater in Liberty Center, Ohio, is having an Open House on Sunday, May 5, from 2-6pm for any who would like to check out their beautiful surroundings.

Leipsic After School Program
During the school year students are welcome to Leipsic UMC's Teen Center after school from 3:10-5:30pm for snacks and homework, followed by a time of recreational activities including Wii, table hockey, and board games, followed by a home cooked dinner.
Tuesdays- grades 4-5
Wednesdays- graded 6-7-8
Gilboa UMC Drama Club
Drama Club is open to all school-aged children and meets every Tuesday after school at Gilboa UMC for a time of fellowship, snacks, mission projects, and drama skits. For more information contact Jane Williams.
New Beginnings Kids Club
New Beginnings United Methodist Church supports a Kids Club three times during the school year in Deshler for Patrick Henry students. It is a time of faith development, singing, snacks and fellowship.
Winter- six weeks for grades K-2, held at Deshler Elementary cafeteria
Fall and spring- six weeks for grades 3-6, held at New Beginnings UMC
Leipsic Junior Church
Junior Church is held at Leipsic UMC for children age 3 through 3rd grade. The children begin their worship with their parents in the sanctuary then are excused following the children's sermon for bible lessons, activities, and snacks. Junior Church is run by volunteers.Staff

Junior Church is held at Gilboa UMC during the 10:30 worship service during the school year. The children begin worship with their parents in the sanctuary then are excused following the children's sermon for bible lessons and activities. Junior Church is run by volunteers.
